Resep Chocolate Soft Cookies:

200 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
½ sdt baking soda
Sejumput garam
110 gr mentega cair (suhu ruang)
1 butir telur
50 gr brown sugar
50 gr gula pasir
1 sdt pasta vanilla
75 gr Choco chips atau sesuai selera
Goldenfil choco crunchy secukupnya

Langkah:
1. Campur tepung terigu, garam, baking soda lalu aduk rata
2. Campur mentega cair, gula pasir, brown sugar, telur, pasta vanilla aduk rata
3. Masukkan campuran bahan kering lalu aduk rata
4. Masukkan choco chips lalu aduk
5.Tutup dengan plastik warp
6. Masukkan adonan ke freezer 30 menit
7. Cetak isian (goldenfil) sesuai selera lalu masukkan ke freezer
8. Keluarkan adonan dari freezer setelah 30 menit
9. Siapkan loyang yang sudah dialasi baking paper lalu letakkan -+1 sdm adonan di atasnya dan beri jarak antar adonan
10. Pipihkan adonan
11. Letakkan isian diatas adonan
12. Tutup dengan 1 sdm adonan yang sudah dipipihkan
13. Rekatkan pinggiran adonan
14. Simpan kedalam freezer 15 menit
15. Panggang dengan suhu 180°C selama 10 -15 menit
16. Setelah chocolate cookies matang, dinginkan di cooling rak

2. Mix melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla paste, mix well
3. Enter the dry mixture and mix well
4. Enter the choco chips and stir
